BOOST  STEP's  compression  rates  slow down the amortization phase-  time it takes your foot to make contact with the ground and get off the ground. Stamina

WORKOUT 1:

1 minute of jogging on foam 

rest: 1 minute


Sets: 5 – easiest

(progress to 10 sets)


WORKOUT 2:

Alternate between quick feet and high knees (switch every 15 seconds up to a minute) 

Rest is 1 minute


Sets: 5 – easiest

(progress to 10 sets)

Speed

WORKOUT 1:

Sprint for 15 seconds alternate with jogging for up to a minute

Rest 1 to 2 minutes 


Spring for 30 seconds then walk in place for 30 seconds 


Sets: 5 - easiest

(progress to 10 sets)

Power

WORKOUT 1:

In place marching for 15 seconds then performing 3 to 5 jumps for maximal height up to a minute makes up a set. 


Sets: 3 to 5 (per ability)


WORKOUT 2:

Max jumps for a certain time like 10-30 seconds that makes up a set.


Sets: 3 to 5 (per ability)
